Magazines and newspapers are a great place to find formal styles or if you have seen what you want on a particular celebrity or in a movie, try searching the internet for a good picture of that style. It pays to have a back up plan, so clip a couple of styles that you really like to show the stylist. It may be that one suits you better because of hair type, face shape, or even the neckline of your dress. The same thing holds true for make up, clip pictures that appeal to you of colors or techniques. You may also want to consider having a consultation beforehand with the technician to discuss the style you want to minimize stress on the day of your special occasion. Our consultations are free and last around 15 minutes, it is a great way for the technician to meet you and learn a bit about your own personal style, likes, and dislikes.
